Family Camp 2023. Registration Details.
On behalf of Executive Director, April Dinwoodie, and the Board of Directors, Transracial Journeys is excited to announce the dates and location for TRJ Family Camp 2023!

Ohio University is famous for the serene Appalachian surroundings and is considered one of the best college towns in the U.S. Centrally located in Southeast Ohio and approximately a 1.5 hour drive from Columbus, Ohio, Athens will be easily accessible for families travelling from surrounding states. This will be the first time we will host camp at a major university. The meeting facilities, dorm rooms, activities on campus and in the town will provide a comfortable, relaxing and fun camp setting for kids and parents alike.
This year we are able to take reservations for 35 families on a first come, first serve basis. We expect camp registration to fill up quickly. In order to reserve a spot for your family, we are requiring both registration AND a minimum down payment that is 1/3 of your family cost.
PLEASE NOTE – YOUR ROOM WILL NOT BE RESERVED UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED PAYMENT. You may pay in full or sign up for the following payment plan:
- 1/3 by February 28, 2023
- 1/3 by March 31, 2023
- Final balance by May 31, 2023
